Losing Your Weight

Weight is absolutely a global issue. If you are fat (no offence), maybe you will feel low self-esteem plus bla bla bla .. even if you are not fat, you will keep thinking that you're fat, most of the girls feel this way I guess.

Btw, thinness and happiness are not synonymous. One can be fat and jolly. One can be thin and yet very unhappy. In spite of no connection between happiness and external appearance, we have convinced ourselves that kilograms and inches measure our self-worth and yield us happiness. Happiness stems from within and not without.

"Because I feel fat, therefore I am," is wrong reasoning. I have seen people who are slim by social norms but they have convinced themselves that they are oversized. Some feel that a part of their body is so out of proportion that they can't feel good about the rest of themselves.
Have you heard, "people lie, mirrors don't?" Mirrors do lie. It depends who is looking in the mirror. Some of us are very unforgiving and critical of ourselves. "Mirror, mirror on the wall. Who is the ugliest of them all?" and mirror says, "You.". Trust me, mirror is lying to you right in your face. Look at yourself with a kinder eye. Have compassion and respect for yourself just the way you are.

If you still feel that you are a fat person, don't worry. Lot of supplements and drugs are created to make you feel you are the most beautiful (or maybe toughest) person in .. erm.. your room..

Now lets talk about weight loss supplement. Lets talk about Hoodia Gordonii. If you havent heard about the supplement Hoodia, there's no doubt you will very soon. Hoodia, a natural appetite suppressant is earning attention as a potentially powerful weapon in the war against obesity and person whom focusing on losing weight. Here a some points about Hoodia if you think you are interested to know:

Sad & Blues

Everybody's screaming
I try to make a sound but no one hears me
I'm slipping off the edge
I'm hanging by a thread
I wanna start this over again

So I try to hold onto a time when nothing mattered
And I can't explain what happened
And I can't erase the things that I've done
No I can't..
